Here is how to find out where your order is.

Check your email

We email a confirmation after you order, and we email tracking details when they become available. Once you have a tracking number, you can follow the parcel with the carrier. A new number can take a little while to show its first scan.

Check your account

If you have a Heova account, log in to My Account to see your orders and their current status.

Ask us

If you cannot find your confirmation, or your order has passed its delivery estimate, email or call us with your order number. If you do not have the number, give us the name and email you used to buy, and we will look it up for you.
