How much is shipping?

It is free. US standard shipping costs nothing and has no minimum order. We ship within the United States only, and checkout confirms whether we can deliver to your address.

How long will delivery take?

We estimate 3-5 business days in total: 1 for handling and 2-4 in transit. Weekends and US public holidays do not count as business days, and carriers can run late.

How do the two shapes compare?

Each shape has a 28 fl oz (3.5 cup) capacity. The Daily Bowl is 8 x 2.25 in, wide and shallow. The Soup Bowl is 7 x 3 in, with deeper sides. Each product page lists the color and full specifications.

What are they made of?

Glazed stoneware with a contrast rim. Glaze differs a little from one bowl to the next, so use the photos and color name together when you choose.

Are they sold as sets?

No. Each listing is one bowl at $69, and you can combine any shapes and colors you like.

Do they go in the dishwasher or microwave?

Yes to both. Keep them away from stovetops, open flames, broilers, and preheated ovens. Materials & Care has the rest of the care guidance.

How do I pay?

Through PayPal at checkout, which is the only payment method we offer. Everything is in US dollars, and you see your full total before approving payment.

Where can I check my order?

Track Your Order explains your options: your account page if you have one, your emails, or asking us directly. We email tracking details when they become available.

Can I return a bowl?

Yes, if you ask within 30 days of delivery and the bowl is unused and complete, in its original packaging. Approved returns get a prepaid label with no restocking fee. Full details are in Returns & Refunds.

A bowl arrived damaged. What now?

Let us know within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the bowl and packaging. Keep everything until we reply with next steps.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, a 12-month limited warranty against material and manufacturing defects. Read the Warranty Policy for what it covers.

Who runs Heova?

Westfor LLC. A supplier makes the bowls for our business, we hold them in stock, and we handle orders, shipping, and support ourselves.

Can I pick up an order or visit you?

No. Our Arcadia address is a business address, not a walk-in store or pickup point. Every order is placed online and shipped.
