Order Cancellations

The sooner you tell us, the better the chance we can stop an order.

Timing

We act on cancellation and address-change requests as soon as we can, but we cannot guarantee either one once fulfillment has started. After an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

How to ask

Email contact@heova.shop with your order number, the email you used at checkout, and what you need changed. During support hours you can also call +1 410-474-7811.

If your order has already shipped

Let it arrive, then ask for a return under our Returns & Refunds policy. Please do not refuse the delivery or mail the parcel to our business address in place of getting return instructions.

Getting your money back

If we manage to cancel a paid order, we reverse the payment or refund it to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. PayPal or your bank may take longer to display the credit.
