• Payments: PayPal processes your payment. We keep the payment status and transaction details needed to record an order or a refund, and we do not receive your PayPal password.
• Contact form and support: the name, email address, and message you send through our contact form, plus anything else you send us by email or tell us by phone.
• Newsletter: the email address you enter when you sign up.
• Site use: technical details such as IP address, browser information, and request logs that we need to run, secure, and fix the store.

How we use it

We use this information to run your cart and account, process orders and payments, arrange shipping, send order updates, answer your messages, handle returns and warranty claims, prevent misuse, and keep the records we are required to keep.

Our newsletter

If you sign up, we store your email address so we can send you store updates. You can unsubscribe at any time, either through the link in any newsletter email or by emailing contact@heova.shop. Messages about an order you placed are separate and are not affected by unsubscribing.
