These terms apply when you use or buy from the Heova store at heova.shop. Westfor LLC runs the store and is the seller.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Your checkout total covers your products, shipping, and any tax that applies. Payment is made through PayPal and taken when you place your order, so please check the total and delivery address before you approve it.

If a clear error in a price or description affects your order, we will either contact you with a corrected offer before going ahead or cancel the purchase and refund you. We will not charge a corrected price without your agreement.

How orders work

Choose your bowls, check your cart, and give accurate contact, billing, and delivery details at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy. Our first confirmation only tells you we received it, and we accept the order when it ships.

We may cancel an order and refund any payment if stock records are wrong, a significant pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. We will use the contact details you gave us to explain why. We will not send a different product without your agreement.

Product details

A bowl’s title, color, specifications, and images on its product page identify what is being offered. Screen settings and natural differences in glaze can affect how it looks. Our supplier makes our bowls for the business, and Westfor LLC sells and supports purchases made at heova.shop.

What we ask of you

Give us a delivery address we can serve and contact details we can reach you on. Care for your bowls as instructed, keep your order confirmation, and follow any return instructions from customer support.

Governing law
